Dr Barclay is one of our contracted General Practitioners here at Botanical Gardens Health. Dr Barclay has returned to his hometown after graduating from Monash University and has completed postgraduate research in preventative medicine, public health and bioethics. He has worked in a wide variety of medical specialties prior to commencing in general practice particularly: emergency medicine, paediatrics, psychiatry, rehabilitation and palliative care.
Dr Barclay is passionate about holistic, person-centred care and is comfortable managing all areas of general practice, including mental health, women’s health, children’s health and aged care.
Outside of work he enjoys soccer, music and nature and learning Spanish.
Dr Barclay consults on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
